As an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will partner closely with Singapore Headquarters and Geographical Units (GUs) to support the execution of regional HR priorities and business initiatives. You will work with corporate leaders and regional P&C teams to implement talent strategies, drive organisational initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of HR programs across markets.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define technical architectures that align with client goals

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, large-scale enterprise solutions
- Expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and software-defined infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and coding best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn new technologies
