Supply Chain Specialist - Full time
We're Hiring: Supply Chain Specialist
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of inventory, coordinating logistics, and supporting procurement operations. You'll work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and store operations to ensure that the right products arrive at the right place, at the right time.
What You'll Do:
Inventory Management- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date
- Analyze historical sales and inventory data to forecast product demand
- Assist in procurement planning and replenishment schedules
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and stock movements between suppliers, warehouses.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of products and materials
- Monitor logistics activities to minimize delays and disruptions
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inventory concerns
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems or inventory management software
- Generate reports on stock movement, inventory levels, and supply performance
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for inventory analysis and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, logistics efficiency, and overall supply chain performance
- Recommend solutions that reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve operational effectiveness
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in inventory management and supply chain operations
- Can accurately monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Has strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast inventory requirements and support procurement planning
- Is proficient in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Active) or advanced Microsoft Excel
- Possesses excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Can communicate effectively with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Remains calm and performs efficiently under pressure, especially during peak operations
- Is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new processes
- Is proactive, dependable, and results-oriented
Additional Qualifications:
- Must own a functional motorcycle
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Familiar with local routes to facilitate efficient coordination between suppliers and warehouses.
