About the Assignment:- Provide customer support to customers in the Philippines
- Build and maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our customers
- Guiding our customers in using mobile application, with a primary focus on ALL services
- Manage product and service enquiries and any customer issues arising from our customers
Qualifications/Requirements
Desirable Experience / Criteria:- At least 6 months working experience in Customer Service
- Vocational Course, College undergraduate can apply. SHS graduate with good communication skill are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Voice, Email and Chat
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Creativity skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment
- Can thrive under minimal supervision
- Have critical thinking, analytical, and good comprehension skills
- Willing to work within Metro Manila , preferably live nearby Ortigas, Pasig City
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule, 24/7 Operations
- Willing to do overtime if needed
