  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
  2. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, staff, or stakeholders
  3. Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents
  4. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars
  5. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other office correspondence
  6. Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as needed
  7. Assist in processing documents such as forms, requests, and internal approvals
  8. Support coordination of office activities, events, or meetings
  9. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. A bechelor's degree holder in any business-related course
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft office, particularly in Microsoft Excel funtions
  4. Strong organization and time management skills
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and with a can-do attitude
  6. Atleast one (1) year of experience in a related field
  7. To be assigned in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
