The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard. This role involves managing a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledgeable in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin; with 2 years’ experience in the same position; with strong communication and interpersonal skill and leadership. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, willing to be assigned in Subic Bay for 2 years.
