Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle financial accounts and provide excellent customer support.
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd-year undergraduate in college
- Minimum of 6 months CSR experience (preferably in financial/banking accounts)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of financial services and customer handling
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts (billing, payments, transactions, balances, etc.)
- Assist customers with account issues, disputes, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Provide clear and professional communication at all times
- Document customer interactions properly
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer and system navigation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
