Job Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Design, develop, implement, and support SAP applications and enhancements.
Perform system configuration, customization, and integration.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across SAP modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant SAP experience in your specific module or specialization.
Strong understanding of SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification is an advantage.
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
Background in finance, retail, or shared services industries is preferred.
