We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our growing team at Mifei Ph Inc. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• Respond to customer inquiries across chat, email, and other non-voice channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues
• Ensure a smooth customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Record, organize, and maintain customer data and feedback for continuous improvement
• Support the sales team by recommending products, promotions, and upselling opportunities
• Follow up on customer concerns and build long-term relationships
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle unexpected situations effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and online tools
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage
• Fluency in English and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage
