CSR – Travel & Hospitality Account (Pasay Site)

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding travel and hospitality services
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, confirmations, and customer assistance
- Assist customers with bookings, reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes
- Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and account details
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines
- At least 6 months Call Center Experience (CCE)
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Good communication skills (B2 level preferred)
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can start ASAP
