About the Role
An established hospitality and tourism company is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager (CPA) to lead accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strategic finance professional capable of managing large-volume transactions and supporting business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government reportorial requirements
- Supervise accounting staff and provide coaching and performance management
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Improve accounting workflows and implement internal control procedures
- Coordinate annual audits and tax assessments
- Support management with financial planning and operational analysis
- CPA license is required
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
- Must have managerial experience handling accounting teams
- Background in hospitality, hotel, resort, or tourism industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and compliance processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
