• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Monitor operational expenses and profitability across business units.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and government reporting.
• Handle bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team.
• Improve accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes.
• Partner closely with operations and sales teams for business performance analysis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder.
• At least 8–10 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Experienced in handling multiple business units or properties.
• Capable of leading and managing a team.
• Proficient in accounting and financial software tools.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-driven.
• Ready for a plug-and-play managerial role.
