At Big Pix Graphic Systems Inc., Junior Technicians/Hardware Engineers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-format printers, digital cutting plotters, and print finishing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electronic issues on printing and cutting machinery
- Perform regular routine preventive maintenance to ensure the equipment's optimal output quality
- Construct, calibrate, and install customized hardware and software configurations based on the client's production requirements
- Provide technical support to clients
- Educate clients about the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware
- Maintain professional communication with clients for the immediate resolution of machine concerns
- Open to Fresh Graduates of Print Media Technology and/or related courses
- Experience and/or knowledge in operating and repairing graphic art machines using machine tools and testing instruments
- Ability/skill to diagnose machine issues by observing mechanical, electrical, or electronic components and perform necessary troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
