Mechanical Technician
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team at Rowell Lithography and Metal Closure, Inc.'. This is a full-time role based in Carmona Cavite, where you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art industrial machinery and equipment.
What you'll be doing- Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems and equipment
- Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment and production machines.
- Proven ability to disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble production machines and mechanical equipment.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and basic machining tools (lathe, milling and grinding machine).
- Can read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Graduate of Vocational Course, TESDA NC II or NC III in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and during holidays if necessary
- Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment
- Must be a resident of Carmona, Cavite or nearby areas
