Job Title: Customer Service Booking Agent (UK Client-Facing)

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Booking Agent to support our UK client-facing operations. This role is best suited for someone experienced in managing high volumes of bookings and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle large volumes of customer booking requests efficiently and accurately
• Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
• Provide clear information and assist customers in scheduling appointments
• Manage and confirm bookings while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate appointments and updates with internal teams and clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all bookings and interactions
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in high-volume booking or customer service environments
• Background in reception, hotel reservations, travel booking, rental services, or similar roles is highly preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (UK client-facing role)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with appointment scheduling systems or CRM tools is an advantage
