About the role

This is a full-time role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Logging customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Contributing to a positive team environment and continuously seeking ways to improve customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for customer service
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential for those with the right attitude and aptitude
