Job Description:We are looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
Preference will be given to candidates with healthcare or medical customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all interactions and maintain customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or medical industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
