Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable specifications.
• Process Modeling and Design: Model and document existing and proposed business processes. Define functional specifications for software or systems.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Use data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• User Interface Design: Collaborate with UX designers/developers to define the user interface and user experience.
• Testing: Develop test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure the system meets requirements, including data quality and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and communication is effective.
• Issue Management: Perform root cause analysis and provide resolution to system issues and concerns raised by end-users.
• Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Change Management: Manage changes to functional requirements throughout the development process.
• User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for system users, including data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Leadership and Team Supervision: Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to Business Analysts or project team members. Monitor team performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in a Lead, Team Lead, Senior Business Analyst, or Supervisory role.
• Experience working with ERP systems for mid-sized companies (e.g., NOAH ERP or equivalent ERP platforms).
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, business process automation, and digital transformation projects, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools
• Understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.
