Business Analyst (Product/Digital)

Translate business requirements into structured documentation and functional specs

Conduct product discovery through research, user insights, and data analysis
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile delivery execution
Analyse customer behaviour, funnels, and product performance metrics
Coordinate with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
Support testing, release validation, and continuous product improvement

Work on data-driven digital products across customer journeysCollaborative role bridging business, tech, and analytics

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related
2-4 years' experience in product, business analysis, or digital operations
Experience with BRDs, user stories, process maps, and agile methodologies
Exposure to web/mobile product delivery environments preferred
Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, funnel metrics, or analytics tools is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
