Consumer Support Specialist English is responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. This role focuses on resolving inquiries and concerns in English, ensuring a positive customer experience during peak seasonal periods.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate with Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a direct to customer service or support environment
- Willing to work on-site and on night shift
- Should have excellent communications skills, both oral & written English
- Should have computer literacy with ability to work on Order Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and E-Mails
- Must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
Job Competencies:
- Can articulate/express thoughts in English both verbal and written
