Location: Cebu City (Onsite)
Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Associates. In this role, you will assist customers, answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service across different communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet performance and customer service standards.
- High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
