- Handles four (4) group a day from Monday to Friday
- Conduct regular and timely collection to members daily
- Responsible for the accuracy and adequacy in orienting the members about program policies and procedure
- Responsible to accurately update and record the field transaction in members passbook and bank records regularly
- Report to US any irregularity noted during group transaction including declaration of cash overage or shortage of collection.
- Market, recruit and form new groups together with the IMP Supervisors/Assistant 2.
- Responsible in the maintenance and achievement of the required caseload per Assistant in accordance with the approved target.
- Pre-qualifies walk-in applicants during group collections according to membership criteria and accomplished necessary documentation needed.
- Responsible in the notification of members of the result of application in a timely manner.
- Ensures complete loan documents of member before and after disbursement
- Conducts background/credit investigation (BI/CI), CFA, co-maker validation and observed objective and accurate recommendation to US
- Responsible in ensuring the quality of unit portfolio at all times, strategizes to decrease and manage past due accounts.
- Responsible for the timely conduct of loan utilization check and loan monitoring of members
- Follow the security/safety in cash handling during collection and cooperates with the management in the investigation in case of crimes and losses,
