Store Officer

• Senior High School / Vocational Course Graduate / at least 2 years in College of any course
• 23 to 30 years old
• With one or more years’ experience in same capacity
• With strong communication, sales, marketing and management skills

II – SCOPE OF POSITION

A Retail Store Officer is responsible for managing the day to day management, operations, sales and marketing and profitability an EC GAS Store Outlet.

1. Ensure achievement of numerical targets for the year for each store he or she is supervising.
2. Ensure that all ECGAS Stores he or she is supervising are following FERC Manual, Standards, and Safety & Security Protocols at all times.
3. Ensure that all ECGAS Stores he or she is supervising are updated and compliant with all the government permits and regulation.
4. Ensure updated and correct pricing and inventory daily.
5. Manage expenses and ensure profitability of the ECGAS Stores.
6. Proper accounting, safekeeping, remittance and transfers of cash.
7. Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly report updates on sales and transactions
8. Submit reports or updates of competitors in their area, their pricing and promotions.
9. Responsible for the proper documentation and safekeeping of all original and important documents, contracts and client information of the ECGAS Stores he or she is supervising.
10. Ensure availability of inventory and facilitation of delivery to clients at all times.
11. Ensure continuous marketing and knowledge of ECGAS in the communities where his or her stores are located.
12. Responsible for the overall upkeep, appearance, order and maintenance of the ECGAS Stores.
13. Ensures that all government licenses needed to operate the store including all permits needed to use the motorcycle and other delivery vehicle is updated and in compliance.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
