JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for effective plant maintenance of all machines and facilities, equipment related to electrical component, also assist in minor mechanical works and other responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Ensure preventive maintenance of all machines and facility equipment.
- Ensure monitoring of condition of all machines and equipment.
- Implement immediate repair or troubleshooting of machines especially on electrical parts of the equipment.
- Record and file history reports of machines and downtime report.
- Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Preventive maintenance as per schedule of the different machines.
- Submit list of materials or spare parts for purchase requisition.
- Inspection of mechanical components of machines.
- Suggest to superior if machines needs upgrading of existing machines and equipment.
- Monthly preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Submit list of tools that need replacement.
- Evaluate electrical problem of machines, equipment and facilities, coordinate with superior for the necessary parts for replacement and repair.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Electrical Technology, TESDA vocational or any related course.
- at least 2-year working experience as Plant Maintenance specifically in machine repair and maintenance.
