We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our branches as needed. This role is ideal for someone flexible and skilled in handling repairs and maintenance work across different locations. You will be the go-to person for urgent fixes, scheduled maintenance, and general upkeep to keep our stores running smoothly.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-call repairs and maintenance across assigned branches
• Handle electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and minor repair works
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance when required
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance concerns
• Coordinate with external technicians or contractors for major issues
• Assist in store setup, minor renovations, and improvements
• Coordinate with mall administration for permits and repair access

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• With basic to intermediate experience in maintenance (1 year+ is a plus)
• Knowledge in electrical, aircon, plumbing, or general repairs
• Open to part-time or freelance technicians
• TESDA certification (NC II) is an advantage
• Experience with mall-based stores or retail setup is a strong plus
• Flexible schedule and willing to travel to different branches
• Reliable, responsive, and can work independently
