Handyman/ Maintenance Staff
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dormitory and rental properties.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and is comfortable handling repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks personally.
Qualifications
✔ Experience in plumbing, electrical, maintenance, construction, handyman work, or related field
✔ Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
✔ Experience in aircon cleaning and maintenance is an advantage
✔ Experience in pest control implementation is an advantage
✔ Able to use common hand tools and maintenance equipment
✔ Can work independently and with minimal supervision
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and solution-oriented
✔ Preferably residing near Sta. Mesa, Manila or nearby areas
