About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Representative – Non-Voice to join our growing team at TTEC Cebu 2'. This full-time role is based in Rosario Pasig City Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary of up to ₱30K.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service through real-time chat interactions
Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help others
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
