What you'll be doing- Providing prompt and efficient customer support via online chat channels
- Listening attentively to customer concerns and responding with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Continually enhancing your product knowledge to better assist customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
