• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a chat or email-based role
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Chat or email support experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex inquiries
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Conversational level English proficiency required
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
