JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Merchant Sales Executive with merchant concerns and requests involving merchant affiliations.
- Responsible for checking the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of Merchant Application Forms (MAF) including all the documental requirements before submission to the acquiring banks.
- Responsible for compiling the terminal installation request documents.
- Responsible for Terminal ID (TID) build up request
- Responsible for the follow up terminal preparation request with the assigned coordinator
- Responsible in coordinating with the Project Coordinator, terminal-related concerns which includes but not limited to, forecast, pull out, replacement, reprogramming and installation.
- Assist in requesting RIF preparation of new merchants for installation.
- Responsible for Data based monitoring, including timely reports and updates
- Assist in providing reports on key accounts with deviation requests.
- Responsible for encoding all merchant profiles on the designed in-house system
- Responsible in the filing and recording of all documentations of all merchant profiles and records
- Responsible and assist in the follow up of merchant applications
- Performs merchant affiliation through telemarketing
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and/or other related fields.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in sales and marketing and/or as customer service representative.
- Keen to details, organized, and a team player.
- Computer literate with a professional attitude
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Can start immediately.
