The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by supporting managers, employees, and clients through effective organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to the team and other departments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Office-based role
