Job Description
- Performs all IT helpdesk activities and respond in a timely manner
- Maintenance and repair of all IT equipment and network infrastructure.
- Encoding and Creation of GWL Item Code and Business Partner Code
- Coordinates with MISI regarding domain account creation, Network lease line problems (for Carmona, Cebu & Davao Warehouse) & GWL systems issues
- Implementing network security including setting up firewalls managing host security and installing anti-virus
- Ensure the compatibility of components with the existing infrastructure and to maximize the efficiency of the company resources
- Ensures conditions of all IT equipment are maintained and coordinate all equipment for repair.
- Supports infrastructure concerns & other Issues with regards to System of other Sites.
- Coordinate all the IT and Communications matters & concern to department head
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any computer related course
- At least have 1 year of experience in the same field.
