Job Summary:

The IT Helpdesk is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by troubleshooting problems, maintaining systems, and supporting users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users (onsite and remote)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Set up user accounts, email, and system access
  • Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution
