• Advise on identifying potential investors, analyzing business plans, reviewing financial analysis, and supporting the design of transaction structures.
• Provide guidance during the due diligence process and assist in negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
• Offer strategic advice on the IPO process, including reviewing timetables, advising on the selection of agencies, and supporting the pricing process.
• Assist in preparing term sheets, roadshow strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations throughout the process.
• Provide expertise on ensuring compliance with loan covenants, including monitoring asset registrations and advising on loan facilities’ utilization, interest, and principal repayments.
• Offer insights into optimizing existing syndication loans, such as advising on sustainable and green loan options, as well as refinancing strategies.
• Assist in securing necessary waivers and responding to lender inquiries.
• Advise on researching local financing opportunities and assist in designing financing structures in collaboration with financial institutions.
• Support the drafting of financing agreements, facilitate the negotiation and approval process, and provide guidance on post-loan management activities.
• Provide expert advice on the strategic use of debt-to-equity conversion to optimize financial structures and help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Review letters of credit bank guarantees and standby letters of credit advising on thea appropriate use in financing arrangements.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions to stay informed on market developments, identify new financing opportunities, and offer timely strategic advice.
• Review financial reports and assist in monitoring ledgers, providing insights into how financing strategies can be adjusted to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
• Establish and update financing ledgers, draft reports, and ensure materials are submitted according to other departments' requirements.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks related to financing and lending, as required by the organization.

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier international institution
• 15+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory with international experience in project financing, syndicated loans, and complex debt structuring.
• Proven track record in advising on long-term and short-term loans, financial optimization strategies, and handling sophisticated global transactions.
• Expert in advanced financial analysis, modeling, and structuring high-level transactions.
• In-depth understanding of international financial markets, regulations, and compliance, including knowledge of global legal instruments ( bank guarantees, loan covenants).
• Strong strategic, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on high-level, cross-border financial strategies.
• Fluent in multiple languages, both written and spoken, with the ability to work with international teams and stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in dealing with senior executives and global financial institutions.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and deliver results in cross-border transactions.
