About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Service Delivery Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead finance operations across large-scale projects. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.You will oversee complex initiatives, guide teams through challenges, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-performing teams, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale finance operations projects and initiatives
- Oversee RTR, PTP, and OTC processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage and develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Handle complex issues and provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment
- Ensure compliance with service delivery standards, SLAs, and company policies
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is an advantage
- 10+ years of solid experience in Finance Operations (RTR, PTP, and OTC)
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar finance systems
- Experience managing large teams and complex projects
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Can start immediately, if possible
- Amenable to work on a night shift
