About the role
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring financial stability and growth. This full-time position will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will involve leading a team of finance professionals to provide strategic financial guidance and support to the business.
What you'll be doing- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring they are delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Provide strategic financial advice to the senior leadership team, helping them make informed decisions that drive the company's growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and objectives with the overall business strategy
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the accounting or finance industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of finance professionals
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of financial management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a CPA
