Are you a fresh IT or Computer Science graduate looking to break into the tech industry without getting stuck in a boring corporate loop?

Cadre Crew is looking for a young, passionate, and highly driven SysOps Assistant to join our onsite team in Cebu IT Park. This role is specifically for someone who has a strong interest in backend systems, automation logic, CRM architecture, integrations, databases, APIs, and technical problem-solving.

While this role includes some day-to-day office and operations support, the main priority is to find someone who can grow into a capable backend systems and automation support specialist. We are especially prioritizing applicants who are comfortable understanding how systems work behind the scenes, how data moves between platforms, and how automations are built, tested, and improved.

This is a fast-paced startup contractor environment. We do not expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect you to have strong technical curiosity, logical thinking, and the ability to learn backend processes quickly.

What You Will Be Doing

Backend Systems Support

Assist in building, organizing, testing, and maintaining backend workflows, CRM structures, automation pipelines, data fields, triggers, integrations, and system logic.

Automation & CRM Architecture

Work directly with our SysOps management team to learn how to design, build, troubleshoot, and improve complex CRM systems, automated pipelines, and GoHighLevel backend structures.

Data Mapping & System Logic

Support the setup of forms, custom fields, tags, triggers, pipelines, conditional logic, and backend data flow to make sure systems communicate properly.

API & Integration Support

Assist with understanding and testing how different platforms connect with one another, including AI tools, CRM platforms, workflow automations, and other system integrations.

System Testing & Quality Checks

Help test automation triggers, identify bugs in logic, check backend connections, review data flow, and make sure builds are clean, functional, and reliable before deployment.

Assist with daily onsite office administration when needed to help keep our Cebu IT Park operations running smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For

Backend-Oriented Applicants Will Be Prioritized

We are giving strong priority to applicants who are equipped with, or highly interested in developing, backend-related skills. This includes understanding workflows, databases, APIs, automation platforms, system logic, integrations, CRM structures, and how software systems communicate with each other.

Fresh Graduates Welcome

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field is preferred.

Strong Logical Thinking

You should be comfortable with flowcharts, process mapping, troubleshooting, and breaking down how a system should work from start to finish.

Technical Foundation

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, automation tools, or CRM platforms is a strong advantage. You do not need to know everything, but you should have the foundation and mindset to learn backend systems quickly.

Startup Ready

You thrive in a contractor-setup startup environment. You are adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and able to work without needing to be micromanaged.
