AUTOMATION DEVELOPER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the automation developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs for industrial robots and other automated machines - writing code to control their movements, sequence operations, and interact with other machinery.
Key responsibilities:
- Programming robot control logic.
- Troubleshooting and debugging robot programs.
- Integrating robots into larger automated production systems.
- Collaborating with engineers and technicians to optimize performance.
- Performing maintenance and performing upgrades.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience with industrial robots and their programming environment (e.g., INFORM).
- A degree in a related field like robotics, mechanical engineering, or computer science is preferred.
- Proficiency in other programming languages is also beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
