About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at One Food Group. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal part in attracting and hiring top-calibre candidates to support the continued growth and success of our organisation.

• Proactively source, screen and interview candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Implement and refine recruitment best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously optimize our talent acquisition efforts.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• 2-3 years' experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role for Engineers and Architects, ideally within the food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Willing to work in Scout Tobias, Q.C. and report full time on-site.
