As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech), you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent for Penbrothers International Inc. You will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for all stakeholders.Your expertise will support client success through strong candidate pipelines, process improvements, and data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do- Execute end-to-end talent acquisition from job advertisement & sourcing, to application screening and initial interviewing, endorsing to hiring managers, facilitating various levels of interviews, job offer discussion & negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
- Fill technical roles such as but not limited to Software Engineers, Web Developers, QA, BA, Project Manager, other Engineering roles, Web & UI/UX Designers, CRM & ERP Administrators & Developers, and other similar roles.
- Manage requisitions for both existing and new clients. Manage healthy relationships with hiring managers from various clients and hiring departments.
- Review job descriptions, scope hiring requirements, and participate in calibration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information needed to close requisitions within the defined SLAs.
- Maintain and update records, tools, and systems to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data are used for reporting, reviews, and other similar purposes.
- Collaborate and work effectively with the immediate team and the entire TA department and contribute to both departmental and organizational success.
- Participate in market research activities and other departmental undertakings to contribute in process improvements.
- Proven competency in Technical Recruitment with at least 5 years of specialization in hiring for Software Engineers, Web Developers, QA, BA, Project Manager, other Engineering roles, Web & UI/UX Designers, CRM & ERP Administrators & Developers, and other similar roles.
- Experience working in an EOR, offshore augmentation company, or IT recruitment firm tells us you have the understanding how your recruiting impacts business goals & outcomes.
- Strong command of the English language in both written and oral form.
- Critical and analytical skills in reviewing and scoping job requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent remote/WFH condition; strong internet connection, conducive work space, and business-level remote work capacity. Ability to report onsite as needed is a must.
- We expect you to have excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to work on flexible hours and accommodate flexible business needs.
- Knowledge in using commercial job boards such as but not limited to Seek (Jobstreet), Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of social media and other digital platforms for sourcing is a major advantage.
- Positive work attitude and the ability to solve complex hiring problems.
- Collaborate and maintain a healthy relationship with other departments such as but not limited to People & Culture, Customer Success, Sales, IT Operations, Senior Management, etc.
