Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both technical and financial roles. This role is crucial in identifying top talent in areas such as software development, IT operations, data analytics, accounting, finance, and related specialties.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment for both domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives for technical and financial hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment reports, candidate records, and ATS data.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment tools.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve hiring practices and candidate onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical and/or financial roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Solid understanding of roles in IT (e.g., software engineers, IT support, DevOps) and Finance (e.g., accountants, analysts, finance managers).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multinational or BPO companies.
- Familiarity with remote or global hiring practices.
