Influencer Relation Specialist (Marketing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Influencer Relations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with influencers to promote our Weekit 7 healthy drink line — including acai, barley, spirulina, and other wellness products.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, whether or not you have prior experience in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential influencers aligned with our brand and products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Coordinate influencer campaigns — from negotiation, briefing, and tracking deliverables to reporting performance
• Assist in content planning and suggest creative angles or ideas for influencer materials
• Monitor and evaluate influencer content to ensure brand accuracy and alignment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer efforts with overall campaign goals
• Maintain a database of influencers and campaign history

Qualifications:

• With or without experience in influencer relations or marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in social media, wellness, and health-related content
• Confident in building relationships and communicating with influencers
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with social platforms like TikTok and Instagram is a plus

A background in marketing, communications, or related fields is an advantage but not required
