We are looking for a KOL Live Manager who will take charge of our live selling operations, working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive sales and engagement. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing live selling teams and KOL campaigns, particularly in skincare, health, or wellness brands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage KOL live selling operations across various platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales conversion and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with KOLs to ensure smooth execution of live selling events.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align live selling with overall brand strategy.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years in managing live selling teams and KOL/influencer campaigns.
- Industry Background: Strongly preferred in skincare, health, or wellness.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
