Sales Engineer (Design & Build)

Colkin Corp is looking for a full-time Sales Engineer (Design & Build) based in Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite. The role focuses on generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for high-end residential design and build projects.

• Generate and manage leads for high-end residential projects
• Conduct client consultations and assess project requirements
• Prepare design proposals, quotations, and project timelines
• Present design and build solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for smooth project execution
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to project turnover
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Update client records and sales activities in the CRM system

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3 years of experience in design & build, construction, or technical sales
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and project management
• Proven sales and lead generation experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Proficient in CAD, design, or project management software is an advantage
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
