The Order Management Specialist (Sales Coordinator) is responsible for validating customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established business requirements prior to processing. Serving as the first internal process checkpoint in the order-to-fulfillment cycle, this role safeguards data integrity, minimizes risks, and prevents downstream errors.This position also works closely with Sales, Logistics, Service, Accounting, and SAP processing teams in processing and coordinating fulfillment-impacting exceptions such as cancellations, returns, order modifications, and delivery changes. The Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in enabling smooth execution, timely resolution of issues, and improved customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient order management.
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least six (6) months experience in order management, sales administration, procurement, supply chain coordination, or related function.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in google workspace and MS office applications.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and strong attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
