EVENTS COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the proper banquet operations of all sales action plans established in the marketing plan.
- Assists in developing strategies in order to meet the annual sales goal.
- Organize new business opportunities through a variety of sales tactics.
- Prepare sales report regarding the sales volume and potential sales.
- Oversees banquet events such as scheduling date and time, the choice of menu, pricing, staffing and signing.
Qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any job-related course work.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or hotel operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented. Has a drive to meet and exceed expectations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presents a professional demeanor and communicates effectively with guests, clients, and colleagues.
