Role Summary:
The Sales Tool Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for Xerox's Global Marketing PMO, overseeing the day-to-day management of more than 10 global sales tools. The role ensures seamless coordination between Portfolio Marketing, PMO, R&D, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain accurate sales content, optimize vendor performance, and improve operational efficiency.This position requires strong project coordination, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting capabilities while supporting sales enablement initiatives globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities across more than 10 global sales tools.
- Manage relationships with external sales tool vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, renewals, and contract compliance.
- Coordinate weekly vendor meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and Procurement, IT, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
- Ensure sales content remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Coordinate content review schedules and updates.
- Review reports and dashboards to monitor sales tool usage and adoption.
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvements.
- Prepare performance reports for Marketing PMO leadership.
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate vendor technical activities aligned with business priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required

- 2–4 years of experience in:
