Our Ka-Eastern Retention and Recovery Analyst play a critical role in improving client retention and overall customer satisfaction.

The role is responsible for addressing client concerns identified through surveys and other feedback channels, proactively managing accounts with high churn risk, and implementing effective recovery strategies to minimize service disconnections.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid business acumen, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience in customer service within the telecom industry
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of clients’ business needs and customer lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in data analytics, insight generation, and interpretation of statistical data
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant software and analytical tools
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Familiarity with quality management tools, concepts, and methodologies
  • Results-driven mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
