A Real-Time Analyst (RTA) monitors, analyzes, and optimizes contact center performance metrics—such as call volume, average handle time, and agent adherence—to ensure service levels are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data quickly and make logical decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of workforce management software and advanced Excel skills are generally required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with operations staff regarding necessary changes.
- Experience: Previous call center, workforce management, or real-time analysis experience is usually necessary
