Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data quickly and make logical decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of workforce management software and advanced Excel skills are generally required.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with operations staff regarding necessary changes.
  • Experience: Previous call center, workforce management, or real-time analysis experience is usually necessary
