Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints: Carpenters must be able to understand and follow construction drawings and specifications to determine project requirements and measurements.
• Construction and installation: Carpenters build and install wooden structures, such as walls, floors, roofs, stairways, and cabinets. This involves measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining materials using hand and power tools.
• Framing and roofing: Carpenters are involved in framing structures, including the installation of beams, columns, and framework. They also work on constructing and repairing roofs, including roof trusses, rafters, and sheathing.
• Finishing and trim work: Carpenters may be responsible for installing doors, windows, moldings, trim, and other decorative elements. This includes precise measurements, fitting, and finishing tasks to achieve a high-quality appearance.
• Repair and renovation: Carpenters may be called upon to repair or renovate existing structure that involves assessing the damage, determining the necessary repairs, and executing them efficiently.
• Collaborating with the other construction team members particularly architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Safety compliance

• Physically and mentally fit to work
• Proven technical knowledge and craftmanship
• Within the acceptable age of working in a construction site
• With good moral character; no administrative and/or criminal records

Work location

GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE

• WILLING TO WORK FOR EIGHT (8) HOURS FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY
