Construction Supervisor
About the role
Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the successful completion of our construction projects in General Trias City, Cavite.This is a contract role that will involve leading a team of construction professionals and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects
- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and reporting on project status
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address challenges and optimise project outcomes
- Providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to junior members of the construction team
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints and technical specifications
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
